Open to women, college and teen girls – 13 and above
Girls between 13 to 34 represent the almost 70% of reported sexual assault victims in the United States. Our goal is to equip this age group with the skills they need to avoid this type of situation and how to fight back if necessary. This is hands on training teaching participants how to defend themselves in the worst case scenario, on the ground.

Should you choose to pay for all 4 of the Summer Self Defense Series, you’ll be automatically added to the other dates and be notified via email the day before as a reminder of the seminar. If not, you’ll be registered for only the first seminar. Other links will be sent out for registration.
